  • Out in the Open – OUTintheOPEN is Shepparton’s newest festival celebrating community diversity. It was developed to address some of the inequalities faced by the local gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer (GLBTIQ) & allied communities and to build a more inclusive community in Greater Shepparton.   • Queersicht Gay and Lesbian Film Festival BernThe aim of QUEERSICHT is to organize an event in Bern with highlights of the “queer cinema”, which do not find their way into “normal” cinema.   • Black Party Weekend – One weekend, 3 parties! To celebrate BLACK PARTY’S 20th birthday, Angels will organize a particularly spectacular party, the motto of which will be FALLING DEMONS. Encouraged by great music, fallen demons in the form of enticing Incubi, Succubi and fear inciting zombies will perform sexy dances on the stage of Club X-TRA, aiming to seduce beautiful und innocent angels. Top DJs from all over the world will heat up the night with their beats. DJ-Producer Mauro Mozart will be joining us from Brazil, Eddie Martinez is flying in from the US. Both DJs, supported by many others, will lead you into the realm of ecstatic dances with their hot beats and great tunes.   • Greater Palm Springs Pride – 30 Years of Pride in the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs Pride is Southern California’s popular and longest-running LGBT festival in the Coachella Valley. Palm Canyon Drive will be closed to traffic and transformed into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly Pride Festival, unique to Southern California. A diverse array of artists, entertainers, multiple beverage gardens and purveyors of all sorts including, jewelry, snacks, and sweets. Add all that to great shopping restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues located along world-famous Palm Canyon Drive and the result is like no place else – Palm Springs Pride.   • PrideFest – Pride Western Australia is WA’s largest community group, representing the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex community.   • Come Out with Pride Orlando – The largest LGBT event in Florida is an incredible opportunity for the entire Central Florida community to come together and celebrate our strength, our diversity, and our pride. The 12th annual Come Out With Pride festival, postponed due to the impact of Hurricane Matthew, has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 12 at Lake Eola Park.   • Transgender Day of Remembrance serves several purposes. It raises public awareness of hate crimes against transgender people, an action that current media doesn’t perform. Day of Remembrance publicly mourns and honors the lives of our brothers and sisters who might otherwise be forgotten. Through the vigil, we express love and respect for our people in the face of national indifference and hatred. Day of Remembrance reminds non-transgender people that we are their sons, daughters, parents, friends and lovers. Day of Remembrance gives our allies a chance to step forward with us and stand in vigil, memorializing those of us who’ve died by anti-transgender violence. Nov 20, 2016

  • Perv Queerotic Film and Video Festival – We will not be holding the proper big Perv Queerotic Film Festival this year. Instead, we will be having one super great screening and panel on Friday 26th November. Big thanks to all the filmmakers that have already submitted their fabulously dirty films for this year’s festival. We will keep your films for consideration for our proper festival next year.
