The LGBT Campus Resource Center Director assumes direct responsibility for the LGBT Campus Resource Center and serves a vital, pivotal role in the administration of the Center and the development of the Center's programs, policies, and practices. The Director oversees supervision of professional staff, development and fundraising for the Center, campus climate and policy initiatives regarding LGBTQ inclusion, and relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Director provides support, education, and advocacy to the UCLA campus, prospective students, UCLA families, and community partners regarding sexual orientation and gender identity issues.
